In the coming semester, you all have to take another oral test. Just like what we have done in the previous semester, you'll be assigned a topic to talk about based on the lessons in the textbook. Remember, it has to be a two-minute speech.

(1) Have you ever been betrayed by a friend? What did he or she do to you?
(2) Imagine what changes you may go through in the next twenty years. What kind of person will you be twenty years from now?

You may pick one from the following 3 questions.
(1) In your opinion, what can music do for you?
(2) What kind of music do you like? Why? How much do you know about the music you like? Try to describe it.
(3) What are the positive and negative effects that music has on people? Would you prefer listening or not listening to music while doing your homework? Why or why not?

Number 13-16
You may pick one from the following 2 questions.
(1) These days almost everyone has a mobile phone. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the cell phone?
(2) When choosing a mobile phone, which factor(design, price, or function) would you consider as the most important one?

Number 17-20
What are the qualities a good scientist should have? Do you think you possess the qualities required to be a scientist?

距離我的上一篇文章，居然已經過了１４個月！我的民國１００年似乎一點都不精彩＝＝今天忽然又想重新開張了！中午和Ken的房東太太去吃飯喝咖啡，聊得超愉快！人與人的緣份真的很奇妙，當初上台北找房子，只花了３小時看了二間房就決定和她簽約了！就像是認識了很久的朋友一樣！而Ken從搬進去到現在三個月了，居然從來沒見過住在同一個公寓套房裡的其他五位房客，太神奇了！

Trip to USA (Day 1)

過年時去美國自助旅行兼訪友,回來一直想把這趟深度+累死人之旅的行程寫下,但開學後就一直忙+一直趕課+自己的怠惰,所以到現在一篇都沒寫!今天就先簡單描述一下第一天的行程好了!
首先,坐了12小時飛機到達Los Angeles的旅館時,已經是晚上十點了,吃完泡麵後卻無法入眠!第二天一早,想說既然睡不著乾脆早點出門好了!因為只帶了一些美金,第一個工作就是去銀行領錢!沒想到好不容易找到的分行居然10點才開門,早知道就去以前常去的那家分行8:30就開了!沒領到錢,只好直接殺去環球影城(Universal Studio),因為是上班時間,開了一個小時多才到!
一到環球影城,先去看了4D電影史瑞克,又看了動物表演(Universal's Animal Actors)後,發現天色陰暗,趕緊去坐遊園車,一上車居然就開始下雨了!有金剛(King Kong)的攝影棚已經燒毀了,遊園的路線和以前也不同了,但因為看過慾望師奶(Desperate Housewives)這部電視劇了,所以這次看到他們拍攝的實景覺得很興奮!Steven Spielberg的大白鯊的場景還參觀得到,也看到了他的另一部片War of the Worlds的場景(這是新的,很好看,有墜毀的飛機,撞在一塊的一堆車)!還好地鐵站遇到地震引發火災的場景也還在!
中午隨便買了薯條雞塊,在雨中站著吃完!為了看今天唯一的一場水世界表演,提早了20分鐘去排隊!因為不能撐傘,所以很多人都冒雨在排隊,還好我們有自備雨衣!不過今年的LA好冷啊!等了半小時以上好不容易讓我們進場,但又等了10分鐘以上,超擔心他們因雨不演出了!終於演出開始了,但是演員們演得很沒勁,可能是天氣太冷了!演到一半,小飛機衝入後本來有一連串的爆破,但卻看到演員都撤了,原來機械故障了!結果觀眾開始離席,我們也因為太冷了,冷到手完全凍僵,決定回旅館,那時才下午2點多!不過要離開時,環球影城的工作人員給了我們四個人四張全新的票,我們可以在三月底以前找晴朗的日子再重遊,這點我覺得他們真的很貼心!
去過環球影城N遍以上,這一次可以說是最不順,最難玩的一次!
PS.晚餐想重新回味韓式豆腐鍋,但老闆換人了,口味也變差,料也變少了,只有一堆豆腐!第一天諸事不順,唉!

35歳生日大驚!!!

看來I'm in my early thirties.這句話離我愈來愈遠了!
昨天中午正當我在午睡時接到了一通不出聲音的電話,接著就收到一通接一通的簡訊,才看完一通就又來了一通...而且每一通的訊息都是從不同的人傳來的,簡訊內容還得串起來!!!我立刻撥電話給發給我第一通簡訊的琬鈞,我問她你們是不是全都在一起!她說沒有,她人在北港,一群人是先講好時間陸續發出來的!當時我覺得真感動,這個生日禮真是有創意!上完第五節,幸怡老師忽然跑到202教室跟我說辦公室有我的電話,結果是大黑!他說要跟我約晚上吃飯的時間,還跟我講一堆從彰師騎摩托車到忠明要多少時間,還要等心機,載大點等等的話,又說他忽然看到心機,問我要不要跟心機說話....接著心機又來講了一堆...我就跟他說,晚上不是要一起吃飯嗎,到時候再聊嘍!接著,第六節上課了,202小老師很開心地跑來,我想是不是全班又要起立唱生日歌給我聽!果不其然,一進教室就有人喊起立!但這聲音太熟悉了,一看過去育誠就坐在最後一排!!!再往旁邊看,就看到壯壯,大黑,心機,梓瑋,坦克,再仔細一看就看到大點,會長,雅心,最後看到坐在第一排的仲汶!看到你們穿著制服在位子上,我真的驚訝到說不出話!雖然你們說看不出來我很驚訝,但我真的嚇傻了,所以不知該說些什麼話!只是一直笑,其實我鼻酸了,眼淚差點流下來,因為很開心看到你們,而且很感動,感覺回到了高三4!!!梓瑋還代表送了我"棗子""生雞蛋""桂圓紅棗茶""紫菜"!!!你們真是太貼心了啦!
我一向自認自己很精明,不過你們的演技真的很好,育誠原來從上週就一直在騙我,說什麼星期一課太多,沒法從中壢趕回來和我吃晚餐...!大黑和心機,我真的以為你們通電話時還在彰師正趕著去上課!
第六節下課回到辦公室又看到從苗栗回來的螞蟻,隨後曉慧和謀文也來了,連遠在台北的阿猴都趕回來了!晚餐時,還有一位不能透露身份的神秘嘉賓!
我真的非常感動,可是你們不讓我請你們吃飯,害我覺得很難過!開車回家的路上,我整個人超不專心!真的覺得自己好幸福,有你們這些可愛的學生!!!

臺灣真的有這麼小嗎?

台中市辦全國運動會時,我們放了一個禮拜的假...老師們中很多去了日本和墾丁!而我呢從日本變成花蓮變成了北海岸!!!唉!我就是這麼善變:)第一天先去了真理大學和淡江中學,真的很漂亮!中午去淡水,居然在老街遇見了3個學生!!!第二天去金瓜石,又在黃金博物園區遇到2個學生!晚上住的民宿是以前在台北教書時帶學生去玩所住的"雲山水",但現在已經租給別人重新裝潢成"緩慢"民宿了!住在這裡可以看山看雲和看海看美麗的公路,所以我超愛這個地方!想到以前阿政老闆都會帶著一群學生去爬廢煙道(一長排學生坐在上頭照相超有趣),走秘道到十三層遺址的上方學張宇拍MTV,到可愛的濂洞國小滑從二樓下到一樓教室的溜滑梯,晚上提著燈籠去夜遊遠跳大肚美人山,還會帶著大家放天燈!現在改裝成民宿,再也沒有機會帶一大群學生來了!!!(以前從雲山水望向另一個山頭提著燈籠夜遊的學生們,一長串紅光在寧靜的夜晚看起來真的好有FEEL!)
最後一天我們去了鼻頭角,那裏真的很美!
